Short Courses

The Davis Sensory Institute offers short courses on a variety of sensory and consumer science topics. These courses, taught by Prof. Michael O'Mahony, follow two possible formats: Instructed at a central location and open to academic, governmental and industrial attendees, or offered at a private company’s site.

In 2018, Prof. O’Mahony gave short courses in Paris, Bangkok and Mexico City. Bookings for 2019 are being arranged and Prof. O’Mahony has already given a short course in January in Veracruz, Mexico.
